📋 One-Time Setup — Connect Your Google Sheet

1. Make a copy of the LLCN Events Template Sheet (link coming — or create your own)
2. Your sheet needs these column headers in Row 1 (exact spelling):
   Date  Time  Event Name  Description  Address  Location Link  General Info  Note
   Address is optional if you fill in Location Link (e.g. a Facebook event page or specific map link) — the "Get Directions" button will use whichever one you provide. General Info is optional extra detail shown under the description in pink.
3. Add a row with Note filled in (other cells blank) to show a banner message at the top of this page
4. File → Share → Publish to web → CSV → Sheet1 → Copy the URL
5. Paste the URL into this file where it says SHEET_CSV_URL in the script below
6. Save and redeploy to Netlify — done forever

To update events: Just edit the Google Sheet. Changes appear on the site within minutes.
📝 One-Time Setup — Connect a Notes Sheet

1. Make a new Google Sheet (or a new tab in an existing one)
2. Row 1 headers (exact spelling):  Date  Note (or Comment — both work)
   Date is optional — leave a row's Date blank and no date shows. Note/Comment is the message itself; write anything you'd like.
3. File → Share → Publish to web → CSV → the notes tab → Copy the URL
4. Paste the URL into this file where it says NOTES_SHEET_URL in the script below
5. Save and redeploy to Netlify — done forever

To add a note: Just add a new row to the sheet. It appears on the site within minutes — newest first.
